Annex do a lot more than just produce good design! They have got to know our charity really well so I can rely on them to produce the sort of leaflets and reports that our users can relate to. We asked Ann and Graham to become involved in a redesign of our 240 page catalogue of tools, materials and equipment early in 2007 and they took on the challenge of working with us, coping with our haphazard routines, mind changes, excitable personalities and stressful deadlines with great aplomb.
